Theresa is the Human Resources Manager for Holland & Knight LLP.  She has over 25-years of experience in the legal environment. Upon her move from Holland & Knight's Miami Office to their Atlanta office in 2000, Theresa worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Business Manager and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2003.

Theresa attended Florida International University and received a certificate in Human Resources.  She graduated from Miami-Dade Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Legal and Secretarial Science.  Theresa joined ALA in 2003.
