The Chapter takes seriously its responsibility to give back and support the community in which we work. The Community Relations Committee sponsors numerous events in an effort to participate in the social growth of our community.  

The Community Service Committee supports the National ALA Annual Community Challenge Weekend and in 2007, hosted AALA Casino Royale - A Fundraiser for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The Atlanta Chapter was very proud to present Susan G. Komen for the Cure a check for $37,000 for breast cancer research at our Holiday Luncheon in December 2007. Click here to see the photos!
